February 22 - 26 was Counselor Appreciation Week at GES. Nathanael read our class's submission for the "top 10 reasons we appreciate Mrs. Liela" at flag ceremony.
Students from MHS came to share an anti-bullying presentation with us.
We had our class science fair on Thursday, February 25.
William showed us how he made a rock fall more slowly.
Austin made an optical illusion.
Diana made an egg that could bounce by soaking it in vinegar.
Nathanael made his raisins dance in club soda.
Aundre found out that raisins will dance in 7 Up, too!
Congratulations to all of our science fair participants! We are so proud of Diana and Aundre for representing our class at the school science fair!
On Friday that week, our school had a special ceremony to honor Mrs. Liela.
Our class presented a special poem and cheer, but we didn't get a picture of it!
